Serenity Growth
How We Work

A simple, respectful process — from first conversation to full transition.

1

The first conversation

1–2 weeks

An introductory call to see if there's a fit. If there is, we sign a simple NDA and I take a look at basic financials — enough for both of us to know whether it's worth going further.

2

Getting to know each other

2–3 weeks

We meet in person where we can, and I get to know the business in more depth. If it's still a fit on both sides, I send a written indicative offer — a letter of intent with a proposed structure and price range.

3

Due diligence

4–8 weeks

A proper review — financial, legal, operational — done thoroughly but without dragging it out. This is also when we start shaping what the first 100 days after closing could look like.

4

Closing

2–4 weeks

Signing the purchase agreement and transferring ownership — straightforward, and handled by people who've done this before.

5

Transition & operating

Ongoing

I step in, meet the wider team, and get to work — building on what you started.

This is a handoff, not a takeover — between people who both want what you built to keep thriving.
