I'm Stuti Agarwal. I've spent 15+ years living, working, and studying across ten countries — the United States, Canada, New Zealand, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Austria, and France — which has taught me how good businesses actually run, in very different markets and cultures.
I started on the plant floor: at Takeda, I helped start up biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in Singapore from the ground up, led teams through technology transfers, and solved real production problems — the kind of hands-on work that still shapes how I think about operations. After an MBA at INSEAD, I spent a decade at McKinsey & Company, most recently as an Associate Partner, where I built and scaled the firm's Life Sciences Product Development practice from 3 to 30+ consultants in two years — helping biopharmaceutical companies get patients faster access to life-changing therapies. Along the way, I worked with leadership teams across many of the top 100 life sciences companies, and saw firsthand the operational and leadership challenges that come with actually running one of these businesses — not just the strategy behind it.
Life sciences isn't a category I picked off a screener — it's the field I trained in and still find genuinely interesting. I'm strategic, but I'm also the person who rolls up my sleeves and gets things done.
